1. Propose customs legislations and incentives that will enhance and facilitate trade exchange from and into Bahrain.
2. Apply customs policies and procedures that promote the Kingdom of Bahrain as a business hub and as a centre for attracting foreign capital and enterprises.
3. Keep abreast of latest international customs regulations and trade policies.
4. Provide high level customs services that will ensure the satisfaction of customers.
5. Establish and develop close co-operation and links with customs-related organizations locally, regionally and globally.
