The Director General of Customs issued Decree No 4/2007 dated 26/7/2007, concerning installation of “suggestion Boxes” at the various customs checkpoints.

The “suggestion boxes” are placed at the Bahrain customs check points and other sites, to enable the staff and all external Agencies dealing and connected with the Customs, to interact directly with the Customs, and provide us with suggestions and their feedback. This will enable Customs Affairs to enhance the Customs services and work.
